Early Bird registration ends December 15, 2018. Full conference registrations includes entry to all sessions, breakfast & lunch on days provided (including awards luncheon), and refreshments. Daily passes include entry to sessions, breakfast, lunch and refreshments on day pass is purchased for.
Cancellations prior to December 15 may request a refund, less $50 administrative fee. After December 15 refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Substitutions are welcome. The Alaska Public Health Association will consider exceptions for cancelled flights, natural disasters and medical emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Nonattendance does not constitute a cancellation and will not result in a refund.
